About Kartik Pottepalem

Kartik Pottepalem, DO, is a Sports Medicine Fellow at Penn Highlands Healthcare. Originally from New Jersey, he completed his undergraduate studies at Rutgers University before earning his medical degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine. He went on to complete a Family Medicine residency at Rutgers RWJBH Somerset.

Dr. Pottepalem pursued a career in Sports Medicine due to his interest in procedures and his passion for caring for active patient populations.

Outside of medicine, he enjoys playing basketball, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with friends.
