Gabrielle Papia, DO

Gabrielle Papia is a family medicine resident physician at Penn Highlands Healthcare. Dr. Papia is originally from western New York and obtained her undergraduate education at Houghton University. She then received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, completing her clinical experiences with UPMC Chautauqua. Throughout her residency, Dr. Papia aims to dive deeper into inpatient medicine, honing her skills in managing complex medical conditions and providing exceptional care within hospital settings. Additionally, she aspires to excel in outpatient procedures, seeking to make a difference in patients’ lives outside the hospital walls.

Beyond her work, Dr. Papia leads a fulfilling life outside of medicine. She enjoys flower and vegetable gardening, and she has been a musician from a young age. Dr. Papia also enjoys playing a variety of board games.
